Where the news comes from. Official sources (town halls, the Valencian government, state services, AEMET, DGT), Spanish media and reports from readers. Every article links to the original source.
In our own words. We do not republish other people's texts: we retell the essentials and add a "For you" section - what has changed, who it affects and what to do.
The editor. An editor reviews and publishes every text. Each statement is checked against its source, and nothing goes on the site without the editor.
Photos. Pictures from the news source with the author credited, or our own.
Updates. When new information appears, we update the article and say what changed and when.
Corrections. Found an error? Write to [email protected] with a link to the article. We will check and correct it, and note the correction at the end of the article. We never remove errors silently.
Right of reply. If an article concerns you or your organisation and you consider it inaccurate, send us your correction (rectificación). Under Spanish law LO 2/1984 we publish it within three days.
What we don't do. We don't take money for articles, publish unverified rumours or give legal or medical advice. Our guides help you find your way, but the final word belongs to the official source or a professional.
