Alicante Plaza, citing sources at Ferrocarrils de la Generalitat Valenciana (FGV), the public company that runs TRAM, reports a special night service on Saturday 31 October for Halloween. It is meant to ease the large movements of people during the festivities and let them get home without driving. In total 45 trams will run, linking central Alicante with the ends of the lines and back. The sources say FGV will keep adding extra services like this one case by case. A regular night timetable for every weekend of the year is not planned for now.

Special journeys by line:

  • L2 (Luceros - San Vicente del Raspeig): 14 journeys, seven in each direction. From Luceros, first 22:39 and last 01:54. From Sant Vicent, first 23:09 and last 02:24.
  • L3 (Luceros - El Campello): 14 journeys, 11 from Luceros and three from El Campello. From Luceros, first 23:19 and last 03:04. From El Campello, first 22:10 and last 23:10.
  • L4 (Luceros - Plaza La Coruña): 14 journeys, seven in each direction. From Luceros, first 22:59 and last 01:59. From Plaza La Coruña, first 23:30 and last 02:30.

The last three L1 journeys from Benidorm, which normally terminate at El Campello, will continue to Luceros on Saturday. They will stop on request at all the apeaderos (small stops) except Sangueta, as on L3. The special journeys do not stop at Sangueta. Together with the three L3 journeys from El Campello, that makes six return journeys to Luceros.

The report does not give the departure times of the L1 journeys. It also does not say whether normal fares apply on the special journeys.
