Maracaibo Teatro's Mamá Mía will be performed on Thursday 5 November at 19:30 in the auditorium of La Lonja de Orihuela. It is organised by the Vicerrectorado de Cultura, Igualdad y Diversidad (the vice-rectorate for culture, equality and diversity) of Miguel Hernández University (UMH) and Orihuela Town Hall, as part of a cultural programme. Entry is free until the hall reaches capacity.

The show is a tribute to mothers of different generations. It combines theatre, music and humour in a format close to a comic monologue, and Emma Torrecillas's voice carries covers of well-known ABBA songs.

The characters include single mothers, working mothers and housewives. The show also touches on women who do not want to be mothers, on children, on fathers who take part in bringing up their children, and on men who share family responsibilities.

The texts and dramaturgy are by Cristina Macià. The cast is Macià herself, Marina González and Juan Carlos García Bernal.

The organisers have not said how long the show lasts, whether advance registration is required, or what language it is performed in. They have also not given the hall's exact address.
